Skin has not been removed. Pin bones have been removed by hand so please check to ensure none remain.
Weight is approximate as fish size will vary. Fresh and hot smoked fillets are bigger this year due to natural growth patterns. Approximate weight is likely to be 1.8kg and fish will be vacuum packed. If weight differs from 1.8kg a credit or additional surcharge will apply. Fresh salmon is $74.99/kg
Please note - as the salmon has a 7 day shelf life from dispatch please be aware the best before date will be Monday December 22nd. If you wish to serve the salmon on Christmas day it will need to be frozen on delivery. (Akaroa salmon can be frozen for up to two years without compromising the quality, texture, or taste.)
Salmon will be delivered from December 18th.
Because it is a pre-order product, once ordered the item will only show on your account 3 weeks prior to the delivery date. In the meantime it will be visible under 'Recurring Items'.
