When Bliss Box doesn’t work quite as you had hoped, please get in touch with us (contacts details are listed below in the footer). We are always looking for ways to improve, and want your feedback and ideas.
Purchases and Deliveries
We endeavour to deliver within the allotted times however do not guarantee supply or delivery on time. We are not liable for any mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses being provided. We reserve the right to accept or refuse orders for any reason.
Produce Weight
Due to the large variance of unit weights found in some types of produce, the exact weight of produce in boxes may not exactly match what was ordered. A tolerance of up to 10% should be expected in weighed produce items. Where ever possible we will endeavour to balance under supply on one item with over supply of others, so box value remains similar.
Drop Sites
Boxes must be picked up on the designated delivery day within the specified pickup time. It is completely at the host's discretion as to whether they can accommodate late pickups. Customers that miss the specified pickup time are not eligible for credits. Our hosts donate leftover boxes to service organizations and families in need to ensure that no food is wasted.
Credit Card Payments
All orders must be paid for in advance by credit card.
Payments are processed through the secure Windcave credit card payment gateway system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the Windcave system. No credit card data is stored by us.
No other forms of payment are accepted (such as cash, bank transfer or cheque).
Cancellation Policy
Due to the small-scale nature of the growers of our products, we need to order in advance, and are unable to guarantee acceptance of order cancellations after order cut-off time. We may charge a small admin fee as well as recovery of costs relating to products and produce that has been prepared specifically for your order.
Credits and refunds
If you are unhappy with any of our products we will attempt to resolve this with you to your satisfaction. If the issue cannot be resolved we will happily offer a replacement product or Bliss Box store credit for the value, or partial value, of the product.
Money-back refunds are not available. However, under exceptional circumstances Bliss Box may choose to do so on a case-by-case basis.
If you are signed up to a drop site, you agree to pick up your box on your designated delivery day within the specified pickup times. It is completely at the host’s discretion as to whether they can accommodate late pickups. Customers that miss the pick up time are not eligible for refunds.
If you signed up using a promotional code, there may be a minimum term associated with your subscription. We can still refund the remainder of your balance but you'll forfeit the promotional credit.
Bliss Box account credits are valid for 3 months.
Gift Certificates
Bliss Box Gift Certificates are redeemable by entering the certificate's unique code into the "coupon field" while placing your order. Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
Outstanding Debt
If you incur any outstanding debts we will in the first instance try to recover the outstanding monies through our own internal recovery process. Should this process not recover the outstanding debts your debt will be transferred to a debt-collection agency for collection. Debt-collection fees will be added to your debt and you will be required to pay for collection costs.

We try to guarantee the accuracy of all information in this website however this website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any endorsement or representation made and we make no warranties of any kind in relation to the OOOOBY NZ LIMITED t/a BLISS BOX website. We make no warranty that the OOOOBY NZ LIMITED site will operate on your computer free from errors with no loss of information when transmitting data through the OOOOBY NZ LIMITED website or server. All information on this site can be changed at any time without notification. Bliss Box offers no warranty that the use of this site will not result in the "infection" of computers with Internet based contamination such as, but not restricted to viruses or "Trojan Worms".
Bliss Box reserves the right at anytime, without notice to modify, suspend or terminate operation of this site, block users from accessing the site or to interrupt the operation of the site.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law Bliss Box will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages.
Personal and Password Details
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal details at all times, including credit card and any personal account details. You agree to notify Bliss Box immediately of any discretion or unauthorised use of your personal details.
