Akaroa Cold Smoked Salmon Fillet 1kg - PRE-ORDER
These whole fillets are vacuum packed and perfect for hand slicing for everything from a gourmet picnic to a centrepiece for a fantastic dinner event. This is our favourite way to serve cold smoked salmon.
For portions, we would recommend a minimum of 50g per person. Cold Smoked Fillets are chilled and have not been previously frozen.
Weight is approximate as fish size will vary. Fresh and hot smoked fillets are bigger this year due to natural growth patterns. Approximate weight is likely to be 1kg and fish will be vacuum packed. If weight differs from 1kg a credit or additional surcharge will apply.
Salmon will be delivered from December 18th.
Because it is a pre-order product, once ordered the item will only show on your account 3 weeks prior to the delivery date. In the meantime it will be visible under 'Recurring Items'.
