The Wholefood Kitchen is a new local business selling delicious nutritious whole food products, which are sourced as ethically, sustainably and locally as possible and are all gluten-free. Mary is a complete foodie and decided to start the company in response to her frustration at trying to source reasonably priced nutritious whole food ingredients and products which she could be certain were gluten-free after being diagnosed with coeliac disease. She is also passionate about people and the environment, and helped set up the Ooooby Christchurch Hub in 2016 and still packs boxes with the Ooooby crew each week.
