Foundry's Mini Dark Chocolate Easter Eggs
Foundry Chocolate celebrate the world’s finest cacao by crafting and aging micro-batches of bean-to-bar chocolate from scratch – using only cacao beans and organic sugar. Foundry has selected their favourite single-origins; Kilombero Valley, Tanzania 70% and Pinalum, Malekula Island, Vanuatu 70% and crafted them into delectable bite-sized mini chocolate eggs.
These delightful solid chocolate eggs are dairy free, gluten-free and 100% plant-based, and packaged in a certified home compostable cellulose bag. Each pack contains approximately 17 solid half eggs. Very limited supply.
Choose from three variants -
Vanuatu 70%, with comforting and moreish tasting notes of malts and toffee
Solomon Islands 70%. This is a new single origin, it won Gold at the Academy of Chocolate
Uganda 90%, with delicate notes of toasted almonds, strawberries and a just hint of marshmallow
The chocolate eggs are packaged in a 100% cellulose bioplastic Natureflex bag, that is certified home compostable.

And just like the world’s finest single malt distilleries and craft vineyards, the Mahurangi-based chocolate maker is dedicated to capturing the unique character of origin.Foundry’s meticulous bean-to-bar process uses only two ingredients, cacao beans and organic sugar, to make dark chocolate with a myriad of flavour notes ranging from honey to ripe tropical fruit, warm spices to hints of caramel. Beans are sourced from the world’s most expressive cacao growing regions - Peru, Tanzania, Colombia, Papua New Guinea, Bolivia and Ecuador, and are skilfully handled to produce distinctive flavours that must be tasted to be believed.
Ingredients: Cacao Beans & Organic Cane Sugar. No added cacao butter, lecithin or vanilla.
